This product is currently offered as a pre‑order deposit. By submitting a pre‑order payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This payment is a non‑refundable deposit. It reserves your place in line for the first production batch of the Smart Head Sensor.

• This deposit is not the full purchase price. The remaining balance will be due once the product is ready to ship.

• Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Production, testing, certification, and supply chain factors may cause delays or changes.

• If Smart Head Sensor is unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end, your deposit will be fully refunded. This includes product cancellation, manufacturing issues, or inability to deliver the final product.

• Submitting a deposit does not guarantee final purchase. You must complete the remaining payment when notified; failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your reservation.

• Product specifications may change prior to release. Features, materials, and performance details may be updated as development continues.

• By placing a pre‑order deposit, you agree that you are purchasing a future product that is still in development and not yet available for delivery.

• You authorize Smart Head Sensor to process this partial payment at the time of pre‑order.

• Updates regarding production progress, timelines, and final payment instructions will be provided via email or posted on our website.

• Smart Head Sensor is not liable for delays caused by third‑party manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, or regulatory processes.

A full warranty, return policy, and product documentation will be provided once the product becomes officially available.
